Thirty-seven student members of the Circle of Public Administration and Governance from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines were welcomed to Teus Mansion, the freshly renovated Presidential Museum in Manila. They viewed rare portraits and historic memorabilia as they intently listened to the stories and legacies of our past leaders.
